Not Just Another Lawyer. Steve Snelling grew up in Litchfield, Minnesota and graduated from high school in 1978. He attended St. John’s University, earning degrees in English and Economics. He attended William Mitchell College of Law and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1988. Steve spent the first 16 years of his practice at the Moore, Costello & Hart law firm in downtown St. Paul.
